Task Detail Report

This option allows you to print reports showing the detailed task costs (one page per task). You can also print detailed summary sheets for each pay item and a detailed project summary. Each of the options on this screen is explained below. See Figure 1.

Project Environment	Check this box to print the project environment report (project name, location, mark-up, etc.).
Print Task Detail	Check this box to print the detail for each task. This option will print one task per page. Selecting this option greatly increases the printing volumn.
Pay Item Summary	Check this box to print a detailed summary page for each pay item. This option will print one page per pay item.
Print Task Worksheets	Check this box to print any/all haul,trenching, mobe or blasting sheets for each task. This option is only available if you select the “Print Task Detail” option.
Show Balanced Prices	Checking this option will print the balanced prices on the pay item summary report. This option has no effect on the task detail report.
Print Plug Price Listing	Check this box to print a listing of all pay items that do NOT have any tasks entered.
Suppress Sub Only	(This option is not currently available) Check this box to skip the printing of any/all pay items that only have sub cost entered. This option allows you to reduce the number of pages within the report if a number of pay items have only sub cost tasks.
Print All Pay Items	Prints all pay items
Select (pay items)	This option allows you to select the pay items to include on the report. To select pay items, you must first UN-CHECK the “Print All Pay Items” box, then press the “Select” button. You will then see a list of all the pay items in the project, from which to select..
Print/Preview/Cancel	Pressing the PRINT button will send the report directly to the DEFAULT printer with the default printer settings (you will not have the option to select the printer or to change any of the printer settings). Pressing the PREVIEW button will display the report on the screen. From the preview screen, you will have the option to print, export, or cancel.
