This option allows you to display & print reports showing the total usage for each material item. You can also print detailed summary sheets for each item and a detailed project summary. Each of the options on this screen is explained below, in Figure 1.

Report Type	There are three generic types of reports - Material, Asphalt & Concrete. The reports will list all of the materials used within the project. In addition, the Asphalt and Concrete mix reports will list the total all of the raw materials needed to make up each mix.
Report Detail Types	The “Detailed Report” option will print the quantity included in each pay item and the “Summary Report” will only show totals for each material item.
Print Aggregate/Liquid Quantities	This option is only available if you select either the Asphalt or Concrete report types. Check this box to print a summary of all the raw materials needed for each mix.
Print Mix Designs	This option is only available if you select either the Asphalt or Concrete report types. Check this box to print each detailed mix design used within the project (one page per mix).
Show Prices	Select this option to include pricing data on the reports.
Show Material Codes	Select this option to include the material codes on the report.
Sort By	These 3 check boxes allow you to determine how the data will be sorted.
Single Sategory/Single Phase Report Options	These check and listbox options allow you to display and print Category and Phase reports.
Print/Preview/Cancel	Pressing the PRINT button will send the report directly to the DEFAULT printer with the default printer settings (you will not have the option to select the printer or to change any of the printer settings). Pressing the PREVIEW button will display the report on the screen. From the preview screen, you will have the option to print, export, or cancel.
