Batch Reports

This option allows you to select a number of reports (and report options) and print all of the reports at one time. Figure 1 shows the option selection screen. Each report on this screen (and its options) are explained in detail earlier in this chapter. After selecting the reports to print, you must select the number of copies, of each report, to print. |

NOTE: All of the settings that you select on this screen will be saved and restored the next time you select this option. |

Select Reports to Print |
Check the box to the left of each report to print that report. |
|
Options |
Press the OPTIONS button to change/view/set the report options for each report. |

Clear All |
Check this box to UN-check all reports |
|
Mark All |
Check this box to check all the reports. |
|
Select Printer |
This option allows you to select a printer other than the default windows printer. |
|
Print |
This option will send all the select reports to the default printer. Note that the reports will NOT be previewed but printed. |

Cancel |
Check this box to cancel printing. | |
