The screen shown in the Figure 1 is used to enter information specific to your system.

Serial Number |
This is your program serial number entered during the installation proces and is NOT editable. |

Program Version |
This is the version of the program that you are running. This field will automatically update when you update your system. |

Customer Code |
This is a special code to tell the system if any custom reports have been setup for a customer. This field will be ZERO unless you are instructed by Oman Systems to enter a value. |

Use Security System |
This option turns the security system on or off. If you check this box, the system will prompt you for a password when you first start the program. You can also use the system to restrict access to certain parts of the program. See the Security chapter for more information. |

Microsoft Excel Version |
There are a few areas within the program that interface with Microsoft Word and Excel. In order for these interfaces to work properly, the system must be set up to use the correct version of the programs that are installed on your computer. |
