The screen shown in the Figure below is used to enter email options to allow you to send email from within the system.

Use this field to enter your email server name. |

User Name |
Use this field to enter your user name on the above email server. |

Password |
Use this field to enter your password on the above email server. |

Time Out |
Use this field to enter the “timeout” value the system will use when trying to connect to your email server. Typically you will not need to change this setting. If you sporadically experience problems sending email within ProEstimate Heavy, then you might try to increase this number to give the system more time to connect to the server. |
