Print/Export Tab - ProEstimate

Accounting System

This list box allows you to select which accounting system to use when exporting data. Currently ProEstimate HEAVY supports the following systems:

BidTek	Hard Hat
Concord CS 2000	Generic CSV File
Forefront	Foundation Software
Spreadsheet	Cheetah (Maxwell)
Reams	Timberline
Viewpoint	Spreadsheet File
Job Power	Construction Manager
GEAC	Win-X (Explorer)
Explorer (Contract Manager)	FieldManagerPro

If your accounting system is not listed AND your system has the capability to import data, contact OSI and we will write an interface that will allow you to export estimating data to your accounting system.

Scheduling System

This list box allows you to select which scheduling system to use when exporting data. Currently ProEstimate HEAVY supports the following systems:

Suretrak (Windows)	Generic CSV File
Primavera XLS	MicroSoft Project

If the scheduling program your company uses is not listed AND your system has the capability to import data, contact OSI; and we will write the interface allowing you to export estimating data to your scheduling system.

Report Printer

Printer Margins

This option allows you to select a printer other than the default printer to use for reports. If this field is left blank, then the system will use the windows default printer.

Pressing this button will display a window allowing you to set the printer margins for all of the reports in ProEstimate HEAVY. For best results printing, we recommend that you set all four margins to ½”. However, some inkjet printers require a bottom margin of not less than ¾”.

There are some reports that do not have print options. In those cases, you can turn on or off printing of “gray bar” background lines using this option.
