ProEstimate Heavy is an excellent tool designed to keep up with sub and supplier pricing. You can easily create pricing sheets based on Sub, Materials or even Task level pricing sheets.

Select Sub/Matl Pricing menu and choose Add Pricing Sheet to create a new pricing sheet. All previously created sheets are listed at the bottom of the drop-down menu.

The next screen to appear allows to name the pricing sheet (ie: Grassing) and the type of pricing sheet. Pressing Save will open a screen allowing you to select the items for the pricing sheet. If Sub, Material, Supplies or Hauling is selected Pay Items will appear. If Project Material or Project Material Haul is selected only the project material is displayed. Sub (Task) will display all tasks in a project allowing you to select a Task.
