Databases


After the software is installed, you will need to create Databases for Labor rates (work class rates), Equipment Rates (equipment classes) and a Pay Item database. Optionally you can create a Materials database and a Sub-Contractor database. For more information on databases see the Databases chapter later on in this Help System

 

 

The system comes with sample Labor, Equipment and Material databases which you can utilize as template or create your own from scratch. To access any of the databases select the applicable icon from the Main Program page or (if in a project) use the top menu “Databases” for a list of options.

 

 

 

 

Selecting any of the 6 Icons, shown above will open the selected Database. A sample Labor Database is shown below.

 

 

 

 

Mutiple databases for each rate-type are allowed by default.
