Load From Pay Item Database 

 

Pay Item Desc:
If you think the pay item you want to add already exists in the pay item database, press the PICK button to display the figure below showing all the pay items in the database and you can easily select the desired pay item. After you select the pay item, the Pay Item Description, and the English and Metric units of measure will automatically be filled in.
