Production Worksheet

Overview: This button, available from the Main Estimate view(Figure 1) allows you to see a list of all the tasks for the entire project. You can and easily change or update the production rates for all project tasks..

Task Quantity
Changing the quantity will automatically update the crew hours and the MH/Unit.

Crew Prod

This is the production rate based on the production type. Any of the numbers in BLUE can be changed.

Prod Type

Double click the production type field to display the list box (Figure 2). This allows you to change the type of production used for the current task.

Days/Hours

Changes the total days (or hours) for the task. Changing the days (or hours) will automatically change the production rate for the task.

MH/Unit

Changes the ManHours/Unit for the task. If you change the MH/Unit, the total hours and production rate will also be changed.

When you close the task production worksheet, you will see the following prompt (Figure 3). Answer Yes to save any changes.
