An Installation Program can be obtained from OSI as a download from our website, www.OmanCo.com.  The Serial Number is issued to you when you purchase the program. NOTE: This number can be found (a) on your original invoice or (b) on our website at www.OmanCo.com. 

An Installation Code can obtained by visiting our website (24 hours a day/7 days a week) or by calling us, toll free, at 800-541-0803 Mon-Fri during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Central Time). Using your username and password, provided to you by OSI, go to our website at www.OmanCo.com, and log in. Our home page is shown in Figure 1.

After logging in, you will see the Customer Web page shown in Figure 2. In the middle of the screen, in the "Product Updates" section, there will be an active link next to ProEstimate HEAVY/NETWORK called "Install Code." Click on this line.

Your serial number and install code will then be displayed as shown in Figure 3.
