Export Quantity Data

 


This option is used to export cost data to special excel spreadsheet templates.  There are two basic types of templates to export to.
 

1. The Quantity Estimate Form is a standard pay estimate form that you can use to track billing data. You can export all pay items, selected pay items, specific pricing sheet data or pay items in a selected category.
2. The second type of form is a Purchase Order Form. Using this option you can only select a specific supplier that has been loaded into the estimate. This export options window is shown in the Figure below.

 

After you have selected the type of form(s) and the data to export, then press the EXPORT button.  You will then be prompted to select the location to save the new template file.
