Management
John A. Oman, Jr.
President
Mr. John Oman is the founder of Oman Systems, Inc. and the creator of BidTabs Professional and ProEstimate. With over 25 years of
experience in the highway construction industry, Mr. Oman began his career at Oman Construction Company, Inc. He
worked as an estimator, project manager, and executive and began writing estimating software in the early 1990's and formed Oman Systems in 1992.
Mr. Oman has a BS in Building Science from Auburn University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. Mr. Oman is a Certified Microsoft Partner and
the primary developer for Pro-Estimate and BidTabs Professional as well as the chief designer for FieldManagementPro.
Jack A. Oman
Mr. Jack Oman is the Corporate Secretary of Oman Systems, Inc. and the CEO of Oman Management Company LLC. He has over 45 years experience
in the highway construction industry and is the former CEO of Oman Construction Company, Inc. based in Nashville, TN. Oman Construction
Company Inc. was a top 100 international contractor, performing work across the southeast as well as internationally. Mr. Oman's vast experience in the
management of a heavy highway construction company adds to our depth of industry understanding. Mr. Oman is a former President of the American Road and
Transportation Builders Association and former President of the Tennessee Road Builders Association.

Mark Onan
Sales Director
Mr. Mark Onan is the Director of Sales & Marketing for Oman Systems, Inc..
Mark began his career at Oman Systems in 2000 and has helped grow sales revenue and market share each year.
He is an innovative professional with more than 15 years of technical sales, marketing, and hi-tech customer service experience.
Prior to working for Oman Systems, Inc. he was a Consultative Sales Professional with Everest Technologies, a Supervisor in a Technical
Call Center with American General Company and an Analyst in the Customer Service Department with Nortel
Networks. Mark earned a BBA in Marketing and BA in Advertising/Public Relations from Idaho State University and
a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
Brian Frelix
Sales
Brian Frelix joined Oman System, Inc. in 2007. Brian has more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing.
His sales experience spans from Automobile sales at Bell Ford to walking a debit route as a sales person for American General
Insurance companies. For 13 years, Brian served as National Accounts Manager for several record companies, including Word Entertainment and
Butterfly International Distribution, selling to such customers as Best Buy, Target and Handleman (Wal-Mart).
Support
David Bullington
Estimating & FMP Support
David Bullington is a cost estimating system expert who helps Civil Estimators to better manage
their bids. He has been with Oman Systems, Inc. for six years and supports a wide range of
programs and services from Cost Based Estimating to Project Management and historical analysis of the Heavy Highway
industry. Prior to joining Oman Systems, Inc., David spent four years training and coaching clients with computer hardware and software.
David primarily supports estimating and field management systems. David specializes in "coaching" software users to
utilize the maximum potential of their applications and is a Microsoft Certified Partner.
Patti Garrett
BidTabs Support
Patti Garrett has been with Oman Systems, Inc. for nine years. Patti is the primary trainer and technical support person for
BidTabs Professional. She has countless hours of training expertise, and can answer almost any question about
Bid Tabs. In addition to her role in support, Patti also provides support for the sales staff.
Karen Holmes
BidTabs Data
Karen Holmes has been with Oman Systems, Inc. for eight years and is the main contact for obtaining ALL bid tabulation
data for ALL states in BidTabs Professional. Karen works with DOT's across the country to maintain and verify tabs
data, ensuring that we have the most recent and most accurate information available. She is our resident expert for finding DOT data.
Chastity Russell
Sales Support
Chastity Russell began her career at Oman Systems, Inc. in 2005. She has worked in Sales of BidTabs
Professional and ProEstimate. She also obtains bid tabulation data for BidTabs Professional and supports the
sales team. Chastity graduated with honors in Business Administration in 2005.
Development
Wayne Cater
Developer
Wayne Cater joined Oman Systems, Inc. in June 2008, becoming the primary developer for the Field Management Pro System.
A developer since 1991, Wayne, began his career writing applications for Exxon Chemical in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Over the years, he has written applications on various platforms for businesses ranging from Fortune 100's to small
privately-owned companies. Wayne's varied development experience ranges from developing C language applications on
the PC and the HP3000 to C++ on Pocket PCs.
Accounting
Mary Hay
Accounting
Mary Hay has worked for three generations of the Oman family since August of 1971. She has experience and skill in running
the office of Oman Systems, Inc. Mary is the Administrative Assistant to the President and is responsible for accounts payable,
accounts receivable and bookkeeping. She offers invaluable experience and knowledge of every aspect of the company. While at Oman
Construction, Mary had experience in the following areas: field office manager; personnel clerk; equipment/tire/fuel accounting;
EEOC records maintenance; switchboard operator; accounts payable and accounts receivable clerk; bookkeeping for family-owned companies,
including compiling and filing of routine tax returns; secretary to corporate officers; and Administrative Assistant to the President.
Sandi England
Accounting
Sandi England joined Oman Systems, Inc. as the accountant/bookkeeper in 2009. She was an honor graduate in accounting and has
twenty years experience. Sandi has worked in various industries including manufacturing, outsourcing, and real estate development,
and has served as office manager, accounting manager, assistant operations manager, and staff accountant.
