Business Hours Support

During normal business hours, we have trained support people to answer any questions you might have.  We understand that our customers are busy people and we encourage all our clients to utilize our toll free support number to call us if they have any questions.  We have found that many questions can be answered in a very short time by calling us instead of spending time trying to figure something out.  As part of our maintenance fees, you will have access to our support staff.
 

Web Support

The Oman Systems Support Web is designed to be used by our clients to assist them with any problems they may encounter in using our products.  Certain areas of the Support Web are password protected and require a valid user name and password to gain access.
 

Email Support

All of our support people have access to email.  For many people, email is the best way to get in touch and we can respond to your questions without having to interrupt your day.
 

After-Hours Support

Oman Systems has an after-hours “emergency” line that will contact a customer sales representative to assist you with any problem you may be having.  Our technical support is included in our monthly/annual maintenance fees.  There are no additional or hidden charges to ensure that you are satisfied with our product and that it is functioning properly.
