FEATURES

FieldManagementPro (FMP) is a field reporting system for contractors that allows field and office personnel to report and track project information.  Track daily project diaries, labor and equipment time, quantities of work completed and accident reports.  The FMP system is made up of two programs: FMP - Field and FMP - Office.  FMP - Field is designed to be used in the field and is used to record and transmit data to the office system.  FMP - Office is designed to be used to control what information can be reported and also track the information as it comes in.

• Standardized Data Entry – Easy to use interface allows foreman to quickly grasp the concept of electronic diaries speeding up their reporting process while standardizing internal company communications

• Daily Diary  – Track weather conditions, delay’s to a project or special instructions daily

• Labor and Equipment - Track equipment and labor time as assigned to a cost code and optionally track down time and standby time for equipment.

• Quantities - Track quantity of work performed each day for each cost code.

• Change Orders – The field system allows the field to send in requests for change orders (new cost codes).

• Accident reports – Send/Receive Accident reports including photos.

• Messages – Send/Receive messages for a specific foreman, company wide or a “Safety Tip of the Day.”

• Data Transfer - Data can be transmitted to the office using any type of internet connection.

Office System

• Track Production – Compare bid vs. actual for production on pay items or tasks. Easily referenced reports available before the next job is bid. Interfaces with ProEstimate Heavy for historical task production on the fly.

• Track Quantities – Review daily, weekly or monthly progress reports quickly seeing any over/under quantities.

• Track Equipment – Quickly view a list of all equipment and the last reported location and usage. Review a piece of equipments history regarding usage, downtime and repair.

• Change Orders – As changes are requested from the field, the office system users can approve or reject these changes.

• Communication Features – Communicate effectively and efficiently with the power of software designed specifically for the daily operations of a construction company.

• Payroll Data – Easily compiles time for a day, week or month generating time reports with ease. Export weekly time for labor and import into an accounting system.
