DETAILED PROJECT REPORTS

Within Professional Estimating you can print many different types of detailed reports showing different types of information.  Listed below are some of the reports you can select.
Each of the reports listed in the table below have specific options that are too numerous to mention here. 
Report Type Description
Summary Spreadsheet A spreadsheet style report showing a unit cost breakdown for each pay item.
Bid Report A report showing the bid prices for each pay item.
Environment Listing A listing of all the set up options for a project.
Balance Report Shows all where you have balanced or unbalanced your bid.
Task Detail Report This report can list all the task detail and pay item detail within the project, showing production rates, detailed crew costs, and summary pay item costs. 
Sub/DBE Report A listing of all the subs or DBEs used in the project along with the pay items they were used in.
Material Detail Report A detailed listing of all the material and supplies utilized within the project.  This report can also show all the raw materials required for any asphalt used in the project.
Metric Conversion Report This report will list both the Metric and English quantities and prices for each pay item.
Alternates Report A report showing the pay items and prices included in each alternate with the project.
Sub Pricing Sheets A report showing the detail sub or supplier quotes that have been received on the project as well as which prices were actually used in the bid.
Lab/Equip Utilization This report will list all the labor or equipment utilized within the project as well as a summary of all labor or equipment costs.
Indirects Report Lists the project indirects that have been entered for the project as well as the pay items that this cost has been spread into.
Profit Analysis This report allows you to see what effect balancing the bid will have in conjunction with take-off quantities (that vary from pay quantities) will have on the profit for a project.
Foreman's Report This report lists all the crew make up, materials, and production rates within each task. This report does not list costs.
Budget Report This report will show the costs included in each phase code (cost code) that will be used in creating the project budget.
