CREW DATABASE |
 |
Another of the more powerful
features of the system is the ability to save a crew to the crew database,
then load that crew into any project. |
 |
A crew is made up of labor, equipment,
materials, and subs. You can also save worksheets (hauling and
blasting) and default production rates to a crew. When you load a
crew from the database into an estimate, you can load the crew as it is,
or make any needed changes. |
 |
There are two ways you can save crews to the
database: 1) you can build the crew from scratch or 2) you can save a crew
that you created in an estimate. |
 |
Using the crew database greatly increases the
speed (without losing any accuracy) with which you can create an
estimate. The system can even automatically convert units of measure
and production rates from English to Metric. |
